The Edoarda Guarantee

We want you to love what you ordered. If you don't, here's how it works.

30 days, no fuss. If a piece arrives damaged, isn't what you expected, or simply doesn't suit you, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.

No need to mail anything back. For orders under US$40 we won't ask you to return the piece. Send us a photo and your order number at hello@casaedoarda.com and we'll take it from there. For higher-value orders we may ask for the piece back, and we'll send you a prepaid label.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days once approved.

Exchanges. Want a different length or color? Just ask. We'll ship the new one and you keep or gift the first.
